Our Contract Terms

Our commission structure is based on a percentage of rental income earned from the nightly rental rate. The commission is agreed upon per home, factoring in the property’s average daily rate.

There is also a one-time setup fee to cover the cost of integrating your home into our rental program and ensuring it meets our quality standards.
